How to Invite Guest Users in a Call/Meeting
As a host of a call or meeting, you may need to invite guest users to join. This can be done easily by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on the Invite People Icon
To begin inviting guest users, click on the "Invite People" icon. This can usually be found in the top right corner of your screen, depending on the platform you are using.
Step 2: Choose to Add People or Copy Guest User Link
Once you have clicked on the "Invite People" icon, you will be presented with two options: "Add People" or "Copy Link". If you know the email addresses of the guest users you want to invite, click on "Add People" and enter their email addresses. If you prefer to share a link for the guest users to join, click on "Copy Link".
Step 3: Click on Invite and Close
After you have selected your preferred method of inviting guest users, click on the "Invite and Close" button. This will send out the invitations to the guest users and close the invitation window.
And that's it! You have successfully invited guest users to join your call or meeting. They will receive the invitation and be able to join at the designated time.
