How to Add Internal Account Users in memoriaCall

As a user of memoriaCall, you can add other team members to your account as internal users. This feature promotes better collaboration and organization for your team. Internal users can act as delegates to manage your account on your behalf. There are two types of internal users: a User can create and manage your meeting schedule, while an Admin has complete access to your account and can manage payments and subscriptions. Follow these simple steps to add internal account users to your memoriaCall account.

To assign a license to a user, you must first add them as your internal account manager. Once added, you can easily assign or remove licenses to different users as needed. To purchase additional licenses, go to the "Manage Subscription" page and choose to buy or reduce the number of licenses.

  1. You can open memoriaCall on your PC and sign up/log in to your memoriaCall account. If you do not have an account, you can easily create one by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the homepage.

  2. Once logged in, click on your profile in the upper right corner of the homepage. This will open a drop-down menu.

  3. From the drop-down menu, click on "Manage users." This will take you to the page where you can add and manage internal account users.

  4. On the "Manage users" page, you will see a form where you can add new users. Could you fill out the form with the relevant information, such as the first name, last name, and email address of the users you want to add to your team?

  5. After you fill out the form, you must assign a role to the new user. There are two roles available: User and Admin. The User role grants permission to edit their internal profile and manage contacts. The Admin role grants access to manage internal users, groups, teams, subscriptions, and connected apps.

    6. Once assigned a role, click the "Save" button to add the new user to your account.

To remove a license, toggle the switch for each added user in your account.

Congratulations, you have successfully added an internal account user to your memoriaCall account! You can repeat these steps to add more users as needed.
