How to Share AudioTranscripts™ with Meeting Participants

After your meeting has been transcribed, you may want to share the transcript with the participants. This can easily be done through the meeting details page on your account. Follow the steps below to share your AudioTranscripts™ with others.

Step 1: Access the Meeting Details Page

To access the meeting details page, you can either search for the meeting or find it in your account. Once you have located the meeting, click on it to open the details page.

Step 2: Click on the Share Icon

On the meeting details page, you will see a Share icon. Click on this icon to begin sharing your AudioTranscripts™.

Step 3: Enter Email Addresses

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email addresses of the participants you wish to share the transcript with. You can also enter the email addresses of anyone else you would like to share the transcript with. Once you have entered all the email addresses, click Share.

Note: If the participants of the meeting are labeled as Users in your account, they will automatically have access to the meeting and its transcripts without sharing. This is because it will be accessible within their memoriaCall account.

Congratulations! You have successfully shared your AudioTranscripts™ with the participants of your meeting and anyone else you chose to share it with.
